No. Each Creation Carpets & Flooring Dealer is an Independent dealership working through Creation Carpets of America. The dealer DOES NOT purchase franchise rights and DOES NOT pay a percentage of earnings, as a typical franchise would. The dealer is responsible for their own product markup, receiving payment from their customer, and paying for the cost of materials and installation. All profit from a sale goes to the dealer.

Q: How much is the dealership fee, and what comes with it?

The cost of a Creation Carpets & Flooring dealership is $14,500-$19,500. This is a one-time fee that includes:

1. Volume One pricing on all core products from our top manufacturers
2. 3-Day Comprehensive Training Program in San Antonio with manufacturing techniques and a unique marketing package for your new business ($2,800 value).
3. Up to $500 expense package toward trip to San Antonio, Texas
4. Direct buying privileges from our leading mills and manufacturers
5. Large sample inventory, with the latest samples from base grade to high-end flooring (includes carpeting, hardwood, laminate and tile flooring)

Q: How much will I really earn as a Creation Carpets Dealer?

The potential for earning is virtually limitless. We are forbidden by law to make any specific income claims. However, earnings anywhere from $300 to $3,000 and more per sale are common. These sales can add up quickly per month, resulting in a lucrative income.

Q: How will I locate and attract clients?

There are a variety of ways to meet with qualified prospects and generate leads. This will be taught in depth in our comprehensive training session. As your customer base grows, your best advertising is free - referrals from satisfied customers.

Q: Do I need a showroom?

No. We neither require nor promote the use of a traditional showroom. Our home-based operation is a successfully proven concept that eliminates inventory and retail showroom expenses. By taking the samples to your customers, you not only get a feel for their style and budget, but you also allow them to see the flooring in the comfort of their home, allowing them to match the product to their decor.
